Note: The demo version of this product is fully functional but may only register a maximum of 20 racers. If you purchase the product an authorization code will be issued to you. Entry of this code will convert the version you have downloaded into a full version. You don't need to re-download.
CSRT 5.0 Release 51 for the 2008/2009 Season
Version 51 is a minor upgrade from last season to change the F Factors and to accomodate the revised USSA points list format. The revised points list now includes USSA points for FIS races.
Strong recommendation: Do not reuse old databases for new races. The upgrade process permits access to old races, but is not guaranteed to get all new settings correct.
Note that some CSRT releases require that existing race databases be upgraded. If you receive an "Incorrect Version" message when connecting to an old race database, please use the Update Race Databases in the System section of the To-Do List.
Full Download/Install Instructions
If you have already installed a licensed version of CSRT you must make a note of your License and Authorization numbers. As you will need them to re-register the product after the install. (DO NOT FORGET! - It can be stressful if you get to the mountain on race day and you find that you may not register additional racers.)
- Warning: We have experienced problems installing this software on computers where MS Access 2.0 is already installed. This is due to a conflict between DLL file versions. Please install on a computer where MS Access 2.0 is not present. We have also had problems with AMD and Cyrix processors. It appears that their 16 bit instructions don't work quite the same as the ones on Intel machines.
- FireFox, Mozilla, Opera, or older Internet Explorer browsers: To download

- When prompted by your Web browser, please save the CSRT5R51.exe file to a work directory on your disk drive (usually C:\Temp).
- Recent Internet Explorer versions: To download please click on the

- When prompted by your Web browser, please save the CSRT5R51.$exe file to a work directory on your disk drive (usually C:\Temp).
- Use the Microsoft File Explorer to locate the CSRT5R51.$exe file and rename it to CSRT5R51.exe.
- Run program CSRT5R51.exe to guide you through installation of the CSRT software.
- You may keep the CSRT5R51.exe program downloaded in step 1 to install on other computers. If you have no electronic link you will need to use the MS DOS BACKUP and RESTORE commands to create multiple diskettes (not available on all Windowstm versions). Alternatively, you may use WinZip to create multi-volume archives (see Winzip help).
- Please send us an e-mail. Click here to send preformatted e-mail. so that we can keep track of who has which version of the software. This is especially important when problems arise which mandate a version update.
- You may start the CSRT system from the Program Group or Start Menu option created during setup.
- LOGON>>>At the logon prompt you should enter "Timer" in the Name field and leave the Password field blank.

If you have a problem with a specific race database please attach it to
the email.
You will find the race database in the Races subdirectory of the directory
where you installed CSRT. The file you want is XXXXXXXX.mdb where XXXXXXX
is you race database name. If you have Winzip installed please compress
the .mdb file and attach the .zip file instead.
