Filling out Forms
Signing up for the Cooper Spur Race Team is easy! If you'd like to participate in any CSRT Program this season, you will need to download and complete the following forms:
- CSRT Release of Liability
- CSRT Membership Application
- CSMR (Cooper Spur Mountain Resort) Competition Liability Form
- Mt. Hood Meadows Competition Liability Form
- Mitey Mite Council Release
- Volunteer Deposit Agreement
- Athletes Code of Conduct
- Parents Code of Conduct
- USSA Membership Application for Red Team J5 & Older
Once the forms are printed and filled out, send them to CSRT at PO Box 1246, Hood River, OR 97031. Questions? Email Us.

Choosing your Program
Our programs for the 2007-08 season provides a sequence of options, so skiers may upgrade the level of commitment as the season progresses, if they desire.

Ages referenced are determined by racer's age on Dec. 31, 2007.
Paying for Programs
All fees are due before the first day of on-snow training - Dec. 1, 2007. Cooper Camp Participants must pay before the first day of Cooper Camp, December 27, 2007. No racer can be allowed to train until fees are paid in full.
You can include a payment with your forms, or simply pay online via Paypal online by selecting the 'Buy Now' button below each program listed on the program overview and fees page. Please note that a 2.9% Paypal fee applies to on-line payments.
