The Cooper Spur Race Timing program is designed for running USSA, FIS and Club races. The CSRT system was developed by Cooper Spur Race Team members who felt that the existing race software was difficult to use, incomplete or unreliable. The system has undergone two major revisions, based on an active dialog with our users. The features offered by CSRT are now unrivaled.

Features:

• Certified by USSA to conform to their requirements.
• Windows based interface. After many races spent in cold and unfavorable conditions we have taken pains to ensure ease-of-use on laptop computers.
• To-do list organization. The steps needed to conduct the race are laid out in a check list.
• Race formats included for:
• FIS seeded races,
  • USSA seeded races,
  • USSA Collegiate races,
  • USSA Master's races,
  • USSA Club races (based on gender and age group),
  • High School races (Oregon Rules),
  • Beer races (A two run/course race in which the racers may complete their runs at their own pace - TimeTech SR1000 only).
    This may also be used for training races.
• Racer registration may be achieved by:
  • Explicit entry of racer details,
  • Entry of USSA/FIS racer number for racers on the current USSA/FIS points list,
  • Registration of racers from another CSRT race database. This option is very useful for club races and multi-race events.
  • Explicit entry of racer details,
  • Importation of a complete race from a Ski Data Format file. A race may be imported from any other Ski Racing Package which supports the SDF format.
• A variety of Racer Registration reports.
• Single and dual course Start Order reports.
• Automatic download of racer times for TimeTech and TagHeuer electronic timers.

  • TimeTech 2000 (not homologated, but still usefull for club races).
  • TimeTech Ski Pro 3000 (not homologated, but still usefull for club races).
  • Tag Heuer 502.
  • Tag Heuer 505.
  • Tag Heuer 520.
  • Tag Heuer 605.
  • Tag Heuer 705.
• Manual entry of racer times for other electronic timers.
• Entry of EET and disqualification's.
• A variety of Race Results reports - these conform to current reporting requirements and format.
• Publish race results in XML and Ski Data Format (certified by USSA).
• Publish your results on the Web. The race results may be output in HTML format. Several of our current customers regularly post their race results to their web sites by the evening of the race day. This has proved very popular with race participants.
• Publish race results to Microsoft Exceltm or Microsoft Word.
• Wrap up your race submission package with Technical Delegate and Race Transmittal reports.
• For multi-race events the results of several databases can be aggregated to produce overall result reports.

System Requirements:

• The software runs on PC computers under Microsoft Windowstm. The software is currently running on Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11 (WFW), Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
• The computer used for the race execution should have 12mb or more of memory and should run at 33mhz or more. Registration is normally easier on a desktop machine - but this is not mandatory. Nowadays, most computers greatly exceed this requirement.
• A graphic printer is required to print results. A Deskjet, or similar, is sufficient.

Availability:

• The CSRT software is available on the World Wide Web. The current version may be downloaded, free of charge, as instructed. This version is fully functional but is limited to a maximum of 20 racers. If you purchase the CSRT software you will be issued with an authorization number to fully activate your software. There is no need to download a fresh copy.

• The CSRT software is available for a price of US $200.00.
• For our customers who are unable to connect to the Web, a diskette version is available at an additional cost of US $20.00.
